If you have not received your order feel free to contact us, we will give you an estimate of the date of availability of the missing piece.

In the case where you wish to cancel an order, you should advise us immediately.

Parts that will no longer available will be subject to a refund.

 

Shipments: for deliveries outside metropolitan France the price of transport indicates on the order must be regarded as indicative.

Products sold on our site are guaranteed according to the regulations, against any defect in material and workmanship.

 

Returns: attentive to your satisfaction, however, any return must be the subject of an application for prior approval.

The request must be made within 14 days of the invoice date by specifying the reason for the return. Parts must be in their original packaging unopened.

Return and initial mailing expenses will be borne by the customer. Any consignment against refund will be refused. The refund will be made within 14 days at the date of receipt.
