7. ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION UXV 500
Disconnect the breather hose from cylinder Breather Hose
head cover
Disconnect the vacuum hose from intake Vacuum Hose Starter Cable
pipe.
Slide the rubber sleeve back to expose the
starter motor wire nut.
Remove the starter motor cable nut for
disconnect the starter motor cable.
Remove the bolt and then disconnect the
engine ground cable from starter motor.

Remove the A.C.Generator and ignition Ignition Pulse Generator
pulse generator connectors.
