7. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES ATV 150/125
Intake Manifold
CYLINDER HEAD REMOVE
Remove the camshaft.
Remove the carburetor.
Remove the exhaust muffler.
Remove the carburetor intake manifold.
Bolts
Remove the two cylinder head bolts. Cylinder Head
Remove the cylinder head.
Bolts
Remove the dowel pins and cylinder head Cam Chain Guide
gasket.
Remove the cam chain guide.
Cylinder Head Gasket Dowel Pins
Remove all gasket material from the
cylinder mating surface.
· Avoid damaging the cylinder mating
surface.
· Be careful not to drop any gasket
material into the engine.
