4. FUEL SYSTEM Pulsar CK 125
Groove
Install the throttle valve into the carburetor
body.
Align the groove in the throttle valve
with the throttle stop screw on the
carburetor body.
Connect the accelerating pump cable.
Fully open the throttle and adjust the
accelerating pump cable to align the punch
mark on the accelerating pump arm with the
punch mark on the set plate.

Tighten the carburetor cap.
Inspect the throttle grip free play and adjust
if necessary.

FUEL TANK/FUEL VALVE
FUEL TANK REMOVAL
Warning
· Keep sparks and flames away from the
work area.
· Wipe off any spilled gasoline.
Remove the right and side covers.
Remove the two lock nuts attaching the seat
and remove the seat.
Lock Bolt
Switch the fuel valve "OFF".
Disconnect the fuel tube and remove the bolt
on the end of the fuel tank.
Disconnect the fuel unit wire connector.
Remove the fuel tank.
