5. ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION Downtown 300i ABS
Remove the engine mount nut and pull it out.
Remove the engine from the frame.
At removing the engine, be careful not
to catch your hand or finger between
the engine hanger and crankcase.
Torque: 6.5 kgf-m (65 N-m)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
After installation, inspect and adjust the
following:
· Throttle grip free play
· Fill the cooling system with coolant and
start the engine to bleed air from the system.
