BRAKE SHOE
Inspect the front brake linings for wear.
BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
Measure the brake lever free play.
Free Play: 1020 mm
Measure the rear brake pedal free play.
Free Play: 2030 mm
CLUTCH Adjusting Nut
Stop the engine.
Loosen the lock nut.
Slowly turn the adjusting bolt.
Counterclockwise stop when resistance is
felt.
From this point, turning the adjusting bolt
clockwise 1/8 turns and then tighten the lock
nut,
Check the clutch is not slipping and is
properly disengaging.
