6mm Socket Spanner
Place shop towels under the bottom tube and
set it in a vise. Apply locking agent to the
socket head bolt and then install it into the
piston. Tighten the socket head bolt using
the socket spanner.
When tightening the socket head bolt,
temporarily install the front fork spring
and front fork tube.
Torque: 1.52.5kg-m
Apply engine oil to a new oil seal and install
the oil seal using the fork seal driver. Specified Oil
Then, install the snap ring and dust seal. Level: 51.2mm
Fully compress the front fork and fill SAE8#
engine oil into the front fork tube.
Do not fill too much engine oil. Compress
Specified Capacity: 90cc
Install the damping spring to the damper and Damper Nut
then install them into the front shock
absorber tube.
Install the front shock absorber spring and
tighten the damper mut.
Torque: 1.53.0kg-m
Install the front shock absorber spring
with the loosely wound coils facing up
