Fuel unit
FUEL UNIT REMOVAL
Remove the center luggage.
Remove the body cover.
Remove the center cover.
Remove the running board.
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the four screws.

Dismantle the fuel unit.
Do not bend the fuel unit float arm;
otherwise, the fuel unit metering values
will be incorrect.
Make sure that the concave is aligned
with the arrow on the fuel tank.
The installation sequence is the reverse of

FUEL TANK REMOVAL
Remove the center luggage.
Remove the body cover.
Remove the center cover.
Remove the running board.
Remove the front inner luggage.
Remove two screws mounting the fuel tank
upper protector.
Fuel pump output tube Inlet fuel tube
Remove the fuel tube between fuel tank and
inlet fuel tube.
Remove the fuel recycle tube.
Remove the fuel pump output tube.
Remove the connector of fuel unit.
Dismantle the fuel tank.
The installation sequence is the reverse of
removal.
