9. CLUTCH/GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM K-PIPE 125
Install the clutch holder and secure it with Clutch Holder
the two bolts.
Remove the lock nut and plane washer using
a lock nut wrench.
Remove the clutch shoes from the clutch
drum.

Snap Ring Look Nut Rollers
Remove the snap ring and one-way clutch
stopper plate.
Remove the clutch rollers, springs and one-
way clutch inner.

Remove the clutch lifter bearing. Lock Nut Wrench
Set the gear holder between the primary
drive gear and primary driven gear as shown.
Remove the manual clutch lock nut using a
lock nut wrench

Remove the clutch drum and manual clutch
assembly.
