Measure each clutch plate bending using a
feeler gauge.
Service Limit: 0.20mm

INSTALLATION
MANUAL CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
Coat the clutch discs and plates with clean
engine oil.
Assemble the clutch pressure plate, discs,
plates, clutch center and clutch outer as
shown.

Clutch Lifter Plate
Install the clutch springs, clutch lifter plate
and clutch bolts.
Hold the clutch outer with a flywheel holder
and tighten the clutch bolts in a crisscross
pattern in several steps.

INSTALLATION
Install the spline washer.
Install the spline washer.
Install the stopper washer aligning its tabs
with the grooves in the spline washer.
