9. CLUTCH/GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM K-PIPE 125
Install the clutch outer guide onto the main
shaft.
Install the washer over the crankshaft.

Install the clutch drum and manual clutch Manual Clutch Assembly
assembly.

"OUT SIDE" Mark
Install the washer with the "OUT SIDE"
mark facing out.
Lock Nut Wrench Gear Holder
Install the manual clutch lock nut onto the
main-shaft.
Set the gear holder between the primary
drive gear and primary driven gear as shown.
Install the lock nut and tignten the lock nut
using a lock nut wrench.
TORQUE: 3.84.5kg-m
