Check the drive belt for cracks, separation or
abnormal or excessive wear.
Measure the drive belt width.
Service Limit:
DINK 200i: 17.5 mm (0.7 in)
DINK 125: 17.3 mm (0.692 in)
Use specified genuine parts for
replacement.
CLUTCH OUT INSPECTION
Inspect the clutch outer for wear or damage.
Measure the clutch outer I.D.
Service Limit: 130.5 mm (5.22 in)
