 Remove the follows:                                    Clutch Outer Guide          Washer
 -Washer
 -Clutch outer guide
 -Stopper washer
 -Spline washer

 MANUAL CLUTCH DISASSEMBLY
 Hold the clutch outer with a flywheel holder
 and loosen the clutch bolts in a crisscross
 pattern in several steps.
 Disassemble the manual clutch.
 Special

 INSPECTION
 Check the inside of the centrifugal clutch
 drum for scratches or excessive wear and
 replace if necessary
 Measure the I.D. of the clutch drum.
 SERVICE LIMT: 104.3mm
 Measure the I.D. of the one-way clutch
 drum.
 SERVICE LIMT: 42.04mm
 Check the clutch roller and spring for wear
 or damage and replace if necessary.
 Measure the I.D. of the primary drive gear.
 SERVICE LIVIT: 19.11mm

 Measure the weight lining thickness.
 SERVICE LIMIT: 1.0mm
