5. FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM

THROTTLE BODY MAP Throttle wire
Disconnect the throttle's wire.
Disconnect the ISC connector.
Disconnect the MAP connector.
Disconnect the TPS connector.
Remove the vacuum tube.
Loosen the screw attaching the air cleaner's
clip.
Dismantle the throttle body.

MAP INSPECTION
To enter the data analysis to measure with
connecting the diagnostic tool if the intake
pressure is normal.
The figure is within the atmospheric
pressure when the engine is off.
The figure is within 42~49KPA when the
engine is started.
TPS INSPECTION
To enter the data analysis to measure with
connecting a diagnostic tool if the TPS's
voltage is normal.
Measure the resistance of TPS with a
multimeter.
Standard: 3.5 K ~ 6.5 K
Replace a new part if without the standard
specification.
