          5. FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM

 ENGINE TEMPERATURE
                                                Connector of Throttle Body   Throttle Body
 SENSOR
 REMOVAL
 Dismantle the throttle body.
 Dismantle the intake manifold.
 Disconnect the connector of WTS.
 Dismantle the WTS.

 INSPECTION
 Turn the ignition switch to the OFF
 position.
 Disconnect the connector between the
 harness wire and engine temperature sensor.
 Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
 Measure the input voltage of the engine
 temperature sensor with a multimeter, the
 positive terminal connects Green/Blue wire
 and the negative terminal connects the
 Purple/Green wire.

 Standard: 5  0.1 V




 Measure the resistance of each pin for the
 cylinder head sensor.

 Standard: 8.24 ~ 14.4 K

 Replace a new part if without the standard
 specification.

 The battery should be fully charged.
   Torque: 6~9 kgf-m
