6. ENGINE REMOVAL MXU 250R/300R
Breather Hose Vacuum Hose
ENGINE REMOVAL (MXU 250R)
Drain engine oil and transmission oil.
(Refer to chapter 3).
Remove frame covers and exhaust pipe.
(Refer chapter 2).
Remove the air cleaner housing and
carburetor. (Refer to chapter 5).
Remove the air solenoid valve (refer to
chapter 5).
Remove the spark coil (refer to chapter 17).
Disconnect the crankcase breather from the
cylinder head cover.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the inlet
pipe.
Water Hose
Disconnect the water hose from water pump
cover.
Remove the bolt at the thermostat and Thermostat Bolt
disconnect the thermosensor wire, then
disconnect the thermostat from the cylinder
head.
