13. HYDRAULIC BRAKE Pulsar CK 125
ASSEMBLY
Before the master cylinder assembly, apply
brake fluid to all removed parts.
Install the spring together with the 1st rubber
cup.
· During assembly, the master cylinder,
main piston and spring must be
installed as a unit without exchange.
· Before assembly, soak the piston cups
in brake fluid for a while.
Install the main piston and snap ring.
Install the rubber cover.
Install the brake lever.
Fluid Tube
Place the brake master cylinder on the
handlebar and install the master cylinder
holder with the "UP" mark facing up,
aligning the punch mark on the handlebar
with the holder joint seam.
First tighten the upper bolt and then tighten
the lower bolt.
Torque: 1.01.4kg-m

Sealing Washers
Install the brake fluid tube with the bolt and
two sealing washers. Then, install the
rearview mirror.
Fill the brake reservoir with the recommended
brake fluid to the upper level.
Bleed air from the hydraulic brake system.
