 FUEL VALVE REMOVAL
 Remove the fuel valve and fuel cup.
 Remove the fuel valve strainer.
 Remove the fuel valve body lock nut.

 Inspect the fuel valve strainer for dirt and
 clog. Clean if necessary.
 Replace the O-rings with new ones if they
 are damaged or deteriorated.

 FUEL VALVE DISASSEMBLY
 Remove the two valve retaining ring screws.
 Remove the valve retaining ring, spring ring
 and valve lever.
 Remove the rubber gasket.
 Clean the fuel valve passages with
 compressed air.

 INSPECTION
 Replace the rubber gasket with a new one if
 it is damaged or deteriorated.                 Spring Ring       Valve Retaining         Screw

 FUEL TANK/FUEL VALVE
 INSTALLATION
 Install the fuel tank and fuel valve in the
 reverse order of removal.
 Check that there is no fuel leakage.
 Check the wire connectors for proper
 connection.
