Nut Bolt
Remove the handlebar lock nut to remove
the handlebar.
Handlebar
INSTALLATION Tab/Groove
Install the handlebar, aligning the tabs of the
handlebar with the grooves in the steering
stem.
Install and tighten the handlebar lock nut.
Torque: 4.5~5.0kg-m
Hole
When installing the cover up throttle
housings, the pin on the housing with the
hole in the handlebar. Tighten the two switch
housing screws.

Bolts Hole
When installing the master cylinder align the
tab on the holder with the hole in the
handlebar with the holder "UP" mark facing
up.
First tighten the upper bolt and then the
lower bolt.
Torque: 1.01.4kg-m
