          8. STARTER MOTOR/GENERATOR/LEFT CRANK-
   CASE COVER/STARTER CLUTCH                                  ZING II 125

 LEFT CRANKCASE COVER
 INSTALLATION
 Install the left crankcase cover and tighten
 the eight bolts. (Refer to 8-3.)
 Torque: 0.81.2 kg-m




 Install the reduction gear, shaft and washers.      Bolts
 Then install the reduction gear cover and
 tighten the three bolts.
 Torque: 0.81.2kg-m
 · Install   the reduction gear shaft by
     aligning the shaft pin with the shaft
     seat groove.
   · Apply engine oil to the reduction gear
     cover O-ring before installation.




 STARTER MOTOR I NSTALLATION
 Apply engine oil to the starter motor O-ring
 and then install it.
 Install the starter motor.
 Tighten the two mounting bolts.
 Torque: 0.81.2 kg-m
