Measure each clutch friction disk thickness.
Service Limit: 2.5mm replace if below
Clutch Friction Disk Vernier Caliper
CLUTCH PLATE
Measure each clutch plate bending using a
feeler gauge.
Service Limit: 0.20mm replace if over
Feeler Gauge Clutch Plate
CLUTCH OUTER/OUTER GUIDE
Inspect the clutch outer groove for scratches
caused by the friction disks.
Measure the clutch outer I.D.
Service Limit: 112.5mm replace if over
Measure the clutch outer guide I.D.
Service Limit: 30.40mm replace if over
GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM
Remove the gear shift pedal.
Remove the gear shift spindle and washer.
