                                                Washer
 Insert the rope into recoil starter grip and
 washer.

 Reinstall the cap.




 Pull the rope and check that the ratchet is
 pushed out




 Refer to the chapter 9 to remove ratchet.
 Inspect the ratchet splines.
 Wear/damage  Replace.
