          19. EVAPORATIVE/EXHAUST EMISSION
       CONTROL SYSTEM                                                                  K-PIPE 50



    SECONDARY AIR VALVE
    REMOVAL
    Remove the met-in box.                             Center Coverl      Met-in Box       Seat
    Remove the center cover.
    Remove the seat.
    Remove the front cover.
    Remove the frame body covers.

    Disconnect the secondary air cleaner
    connecting tube and reed valve tube..            Secondary Air
    Disconnect the vacuum tube.                      Cleaner Inlet Tube        Reed Valve Tube
    Remove the secondary air valve attaching
    bolt.
    Remove the secondary air valve .
    INSTALLATION
    The installation sequence is the reverse of
    removal.

    DISASSEMBLY
    Remove the secondary air valve replace with
    new secondary air cleaner.


       The secondary air cleaner must be
       assembled and installed properly to
       avoid dust entering the air cleaner.
