12. REAR WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION ZING125
Check the wheel bearing play by placing the
wheel in a turning stand and spinning the
wheel by hand.
Axial Radial
Check the drive chain gear teeth for wear or
damage.
Replace the drive chain gear if necessary. Good Replace
If the drive chain gear teeth are worn or
damaged, also check the drive chain and
replace if necessary.
Lock Nuts Snap Ring
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the side collar from the left side of
the rear wheel.
First tap the safety piece flat and then
remove the four drive chain gear lock nuts.
Remove the safety piece and drive chain
gear.
Remove the snap ring.
Check the damping bushings for damage.
Drive out the wheel bearings and remove the
distance collar.
