Measure the brake drum I.D.
Service Limit: 131mm replace if over
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the springs and brake shoes.
Brake Shoes
Remove the brake arm bolt to remove the Brake Arm Bolt
brake arm.
Remove the oil seal.
Remove the brake cam.
ASSEMBLY
Grease
· Keep grease off the linings because
contaminated brake linings reduce Brake Cam
stopping power.
· When installing, wipe any excess
grease off the brake cam.
