          13. HYDRAULIC BRAKE                                            K-PIPE 50
                                                                      Bolts

 BRAKE PAD/DISK
 BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT
 Remove the two bolts attaching the brake
 caliper holder.

   The brake pads can be replaced without
   removing the brake fluid tube.

 Remove the brake caliper.


                                                        Pin Bolts
 Remove the pad pin bolts and brake pads.




                                                Pad Spring
 Remove the pad springs.




                                                                    Pin Bolts
 ASSEMBLY
 Assemble the brake pads in the reverse order
 of removal.
 Tighten the pad pin bolts.
 Torque: 1.22.0kg-m
 Tighten the pad pin bolt caps.

   Do not tighten the pad pin bolt caps
   excessively.

 Torque: 0.20.4kg-m
