INSTALLATION
ENGINE REMOVAL
Remove the following:
Luggage box
Floorboard
Rear fender
Side/rear body cover
Exhaust muffler
Drain the coolant.
Support the scooter on its main stand.
Disconnect the water temperature sensor
connector and cooler pipe.
Connector cooler pipe
Disconnect the spark plug caps. Crankcase breather hose
Disconnect the crankcase breather hose.
Disconnect the crank position sensor's
connector.
