2. Using a suitable block, support the rear of the tank 5. Install the side panels and seat making sure it locks
and connect the gasline hose to the gas tank valve securely in place. Turn the gas tank valve to the
outlet. Secure with a clamp. ON position and check for leaks.
Oil Filter/Oil Pump
NOTE: Whenever internal engine components
wear excessively or break and whenever oil is con-
taminated, the oil pump should be replaced. The
oil pump is not a serviceable component.

3. Remove all blocking and secure the gas tank with Pressure
the cap screw. Tighten securely.
1. Connect the Tachometer to the engine.
2. Connect the Oil Pressure Test Kit to the oil filter
drain plug.

4. Secure the rear of the front body to the frame with
the cap screws (A) and tighten securely; then
install the gas tank cover and secure with the rein-
stallable rivets (B).
