7. CYLINDER/PISTON K-PIPE 50
Coat the cylinder bore, piston and piston
rings with clean engine oil.
Carefully lower the cylinder over the piston
by compressing the piston rings.
Be careful not to damage or break the
piston rings.
The piston ring end gaps should not be
parallel with or at 90 to the piston pin.
Roller Bolt
Install the cam chain guide roller and tighten
the roller bolt.
Guide Roller
Temporarily install the cylinder bolts.
Install the cylinder head (page 6-10).
Tighten the cylinder bolt to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 0.60.9kg-m
