countershaft in the locations as shown.
Service limit:
M2, M4: 16.926mm
C3, C4: 19.919mm
C4 C3
Measure each transmission fork shaft hole
I.D.
Service Limit: 34.05mm replace if over
Check the transmission fork shaft for
bending or damage.
Measure the transmission fork shaft O.D.
Service Limit: 33.96mm replace if below
TRANSMISSION FORK/DRUM
INSPECTION
Inspect each transmission fork for bending or
damage.
Measure each transmission fork claw
thickness.
Service Limit: 5mm replace if below
