Remove the cam chain set piece.
Remove the cam chain.
Remove the cam chain guide bolt.

STARTER GEAR INSTALLATION
Install the starter gear.
Torque: 0.81.2kg-m
GENERATOR INSTALLATION Starter Gear
Install the generator flywheel. Hold the
flywheel with a flywheel holder and tighten
the flywheel lock bolt.
· Install the flywheel by aligning the
groove in the flywheel with the key on
the crankshaft.
· When installing, be careful not to
damage the starter clutch rollers.
Torque: 4.05.2kg-m
