6. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES STRYKER 125/150
ENGINE REMOVAL Intake Manifold
Remove the two bolts attaching the intake
manifold.
Disconnect the clutch cable.
Remove the two exhaust muffler joint lock
nuts.
Remove the exhaust muffler hanger lock
bolt to remove the exhaust muffler.
Remove the spark plug cap.
The exhaust muffler temperature is
extremely high. Remove it when the
engine is cold. Clutch Cable Exhaust Muffler
Disconnect the fuel tube from the auto fuel Generator Wire Connector
valve.
Remove the seat and fuel tank.
Disconnect the A.C. generator wire
connector.
Remove the gear shift pedal attaching bolt
and the gear shift pedal.
Remove the two left rear crankcase cover Bolts Set Plate
attaching bolts and the cover.
Remove the two drive gear set plate
attaching bolts and the set plate.
Remove the drive gear and drive chain.
