6. CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES STRYKER 125/150
Remove the four bolts attaching the engine
front bracket and the bracket. Upper Hanger
Remove the three engine upper hanger bolts
and the hanger.
Remove the two nuts attaching the engine
rear bracket.
Remove the two bolts attaching the engine
lower fixer.
Remove the two engine rear bracket bolts to
tilt the engine forward.
Remove the lower engine hanger bolt to
remove the engine.

ENGINE INSTALLATION
Install the engine in the reverse order of
removal.
Install the engine to its original position
with a jack or other adjustable support.
· When installing the engine, do not
damage the bolt threads and route the
wires and cables properly.
· Install the gear shift pedal by aligning
the punch mark on the pedal with that
on the spindle.
Torques:
Engine upper bracket bolt: 3.54.5kg-m
Engine hanger bolt: 3.54.5kg-m
After installation, perform the following
inspections and adjustments:
· Throttle operation
· Clutch lever free play adjustment
· Drive chain adjustment
