Connect the throttle cable to the throttle grip. Throttle Cable
Apply grease to the throttle cable.
Install the throttle housing by aligning the
pin on the housing with the punch hole in
the handlebar. Then, tighten the two screws.
FRONT WHEEL Speedometer Cable
REMOVAL
Place a floor jack or adjustable support
under the engine. Jack the motorcycle front
wheel off the ground.
Remove the speedometer cable set nut and
disconnect the speedometer cable.
Remove the front brake cable.
Remove the front axle nut and pull out the
axle.
Remove the front wheel.
Axle Nut
INSPECTION
Set the axle in V blocks and measure the
runout.
The actual runout is of the total indicator
reading.
Service Limit: 0.2mm replace if over
